Dr. Dani Kimlinger

Dr. Daniél (Dani) Kimlinger is the Chief Executive Officer of MINES and Associates, she joined MINES in 2008. Dr. Kimlinger has her undergraduate in Psychology and Sociology and a Master of Health Administration (MHA). Dr. Kimlinger completed the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University and completed her Ph.D. in the school of Business Psychology in Organizational Leadership at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Kimlinger has a strong background in Human Resources and Organizational Psychology including workplace investigations, organizational assessments and interventions, strategic planning, interviewing, professional development, training, coaching, conflict resolution, human resources consulting and breakthrough projects.

She is a thought leader having presented at numerous national and international conferences on organizational psychology topics, published professionally on management of impaired professionals, managing millennials, women and leadership. Dr. Kimlinger is highly involved in the community volunteering and sitting on non-profit and professional boards.

Lisa Dorfman, MS, RD, CSSD, CCMS, LMHC, FAND

Known internationally as The Running Nutritionist®, Lisa is an award-winning leader to industry, academia, the public & press for more than 3 decades. Lisa has built a global integrative culinary sports nutrition & performance private practice & corporate consulting business working with Olympian athletes, and prestigious luxury resorts such as Ritz Carlton, Sandals & Norwegian Cruise Lines. Lisa designs, writes, and speaks about delicious dishes, menus and diets and travels worldwide sharing the “gospel” of good food, fresh tastes, and plant-based cuisine. Her passion for food, fitness, emotional balance and for life is contagious.

A ’19 President’s Council National Excellence in Practice Award Recipient, Lisa is a Licensed Nutritionist/ Registered Dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, Board Certified Professional Counselor, Certified Chef, Certified USAT&F & USA Triathlon Coach, Certified Reiki Practitioner, and Certified Horticulturist & Fellow of The Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. She served as the ’08 US Sailing Olympic Team Nutritionist for Beijing Olympics & Nutrition Expert for the Zumba Plate® program.

Her recipes are inspired by collaborations with some of the top chefs at Sandals Resorts, Ritz Carlton, Culinary Vegetable Institute/Chef’s Garden;  restaurants, spas, wellness/fitness-focused programs as instructor at Johnson and Wales University & Miami Culinary Institute, & member of prestigious organizations such as Les Dames d ‘Escoffier, American Culinary Foundation, and the James Beard Foundation. She is Chef Alliance Director for Slow Food Miami.

The author of 8 books, Lisa has appeared on 20/20, Dateline, Good Morning America Health, FOX News, CNN, MSNBC and ESPN & has been featured in numerous publications including: USA Today, Newsweek, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Men’s Fitness, Outside & Runners World magazines. In her spare time, Lisa has competed in more than 35 marathons (PR 2:52:32), Ironman USA Lake Placid, and hundreds of running and multisport races and was a member of TeamUSA at the ’04 World Long Distance Duathlon Championships.

Sharon O’Donnell

CEO and Founder of Fit For Good
Sharon O’Donnell is the CEO and Founder of Fit For Good – a startup built with the mission to create healthier lives for this generation and the next. Fit For Good is a digital fitness and nutrition platform providing individualized programs that drive charitable donations to public school programs focused on health and nutrition education.

Prior to starting Fit For Good in 2017, Sharon became well-acquainted with the needs of consumers and businesses in her successful marketing career. Her experience crosses multiple industries where she was focused on innovation, customer driven product development, and brand and digital transformation. She joined Kaplan in 2008 where she held the position of Vice President of Marketing for Kaplan University and was responsible for their brand evolution, and national consumer and business-to-business marketing efforts for their online schools and campus locations.

Prior to joining Kaplan, she served as Senior Director of Relationship Marketing for DHL responsible for customer lifecycle management through integrated marketing programs. Sharon led the Digital Marketing, Database Analytics, and Telemarketing functions, which together drove demand generation, acquisition, and retention programs for DHL. She was also a member of several global steering committees focused on business intelligence, e-commerce, and customer solutions. Sharon joined DHL from The Walt Disney Company, where she spent five years leading CRM programs for the Disney Vacation Club and Disney Cruise Line brands, while also serving as a key member on the Innovation Strategy team. Sharon’s extensive marketing experience also includes positions with Marriott and Direct Marketing Resources, and she’s currently consulting with small businesses to pivot their business strategies in response to COVID.

Sharon earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and currently resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Diane Hart

Diane H. Hart, Owner of Hart to Heart Fitness, has 30 years of extensive experience in health and wellness. She is the architect of comprehensive national corporate wellness programs, a degreed health educator, facilitator for national health forums, medical fitness subject matter expert, specialist for workplace health seminars, keynote and motivational speaker, master personal trainer and professional fitness instructor. She is a champion of physical fitness and healthy environmental policy in Washington, D.C.

​With more than 30 years of expertise, Diane has been a consummate role for health, wellness and stress management, pursuing opportunities for improvement and innovation. As a dedicated leader, she has developed global user-friendly health behavior-change programs and advocated for policy and environmental support for active living. She is a proud collaborator in public policy development and legislation in Washington, D.C. that addresses America’s challenge of inspiring and empowering people to be physically active and take charge of their health. Diane inspires and motivates those around her and has contributed greatly to the noble purpose of healthier, active lifestyles.

Since 2010, Diane has tirelessly served as President and Executive Director of the National Association for Health and Fitness (NAHF), which was founded in 1979 by the U.S. President’s Council on Sports and Fitness and represents the network of Governors’ Councils and State Coalitions for Health and Fitness in the USA and its territories. In this role, she is an original architect and Chair of Global Employee Health and Fitness Month (GEHFM), which strives to make healthy the norm in the workplace. Over 1.2 million people have participated in GEHFM. Under her leadership and direction, NAHF and its members have been leaders in presenting capacity-building national forums that “bridges the gap” between federal and state’s actions and unites researchers and community practitioners.

Diane was inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame in 2017 as a Health Educator and Fitness Professional for a meritorious career and exemplary achievements in fitness and health education, and for dedicating her life to help others get fit and stay healthy.

​She was honored in 2016 with the United States President’s Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition Lifetime Achievement Award for her great contributions to the advancement of physical activity, fitness, sports and nutrition-related programs nationwide. Diane was selected based on the span and scope of her career, the estimated number of lives she has touched and the impact of her legacy. She is also the recipient of the 2013 Community Leadership Award from the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition.

​In her role as a professional and motivational speaker on physical activity and health promotion, Diane has presented at the American Public Health Association Conference, American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology Conference, NAHF Health and Fitness Forum in collaboration with American College of Sports Medicine Annual Summit, Albany Medical Center Conference on Diabetes, NYS Annual Economic Summit for Women, Cornell University Staff Training Programs, American Heart Association Women’s Legacy Conference, Public Employees Risk Management Summits, and SADD and MADD conferences, among many others.

S. Jane Wilkinson

SJane Wilkinson MSPAS, RPA-C, has been a practicing Physician Assistant in primary care since 2012.  She always had a fascination for science and appreciation for helping others.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kansas State University in 2007.  Her passion for healthcare developed further as she helped to care for her aunt with ALS.  Jane graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Albany Medical College, where she recognized a penchant for preventative medicine, and began practicing in family practice as a Physician Assistant in Upstate New York in 2012.  She was brought up in a practice that focused on providing a higher level of care foundationally for patients to improve their overall heath and work to keep healthcare costs down.  Jane also led a smoking cessation program within the practice that provided in depth guidance to quit smoking.  While working in family practice, Jane was presented with an opportunity to work as a lead provider in Dallas, Texas.  There, she worked to improve quality of care to patients in their homes and reach those without easy access to medical care.  After three years leading groups of providers and practicing in home settings, and working in a primary care office, Jane returned to Albany.  She is practicing at Latham Medical Group, which is unique in integrating mental and physical health to provide more comprehensive care for patients. At her current practice she sits on the patient advisory board to incorporate patient perspective to improve functionality of the practice.  Jane enjoys working closely with patients and helping them to have an active role in their health.

Heather Mackie MS, RDN, LD

Heather Mackie, MS, RDN, LD is a bariatric registered and licensed dietitian.  She has helped support patients in the weight loss, health, and wellness industry for 15+ years.  She currently enjoys her role as Director for ReShape LifesciencesTM where she develops the clinical program and sets protocols for reshapecareTM, the virtual health coaching program that is free to patients with obesity and overweight when covered by insurance. This program is for all patients; surgical and non-surgical and allows patients to receive one-on-one video coaching plus texting engagement with their board-certified health coach along with more than 1200 pieces of engaging content on the state-of-the-art app included with the program.

Her passion is helping patients learn to be their own advocate and supporting them along their journey to health and wellness.  She has done this through her previous efforts in the bariatric supplement industry helping patients to prevent nutritional deficiencies, the pre-op cardiac clearance space allowing patients to get to surgery safer and faster, co-authoring and co-developing a medical weight loss program for non-surgical and surgical patients, and lastly by developing the nutrition program for a bariatric surgeon.

She is currently a journal article reviewer for the prestigious Obesity Surgery journal, the official journal of the International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders (IFSO) and has edited Chapter One of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Pocket Guide to Bariatric Surgery, Third Edition (publication coming soon).  She has been honored to speak at many professional and patient events including the Texas Association for Bariatric Surgery, Bariatric Summit, Weight Loss Surgery Foundation of America, Your Weight Matters Convention, and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.  She was also one of the first, if not the first, bariatric dietitians to work for industry as a sales representative and formulator for a bariatric supplement company.  She was also the first female executive and dietitian to lead a bariatric supplement company within the United States.  She currently resides in the Houston, TX area with her husband, 6-year-old daughter, and her two co-workers (AKA dogs).

Debra A. Angeloni-Reilly

Debra has an extensive background in training and development within the corporate and healthcare industries. She has previously been involved in local, national, and global nonprofit organizations in various leadership roles. She has vast experience in fundraising, partner development, outreach, coaching and mentoring.  Debra has a passion for health, wellness, and fitness and is committed to helping AOA empower and transform the lives of children and adults to achieve and maintain their goals for optimal health and live their life to their full potential. Debra holds an MS from Boston University and is a certified health and wellness coach. She resides in the Boston area.
